Buyer reviewI found Ian through Realtor.com and am SO beyond happy I ended up working with him. He has been incredibly helpful with EVERYTHING as I am a first time homeowner. I could not have asked for anyone better!!! Ian is the bee's knees!! He was instantly available for every single question I have had throughout this process. Whether it be text, call, or email, Ian has an impeccable response time and taught me SO MUCH about the process of purchasing a home. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know who is in the market for a new house. I honestly cannot praise him enough. He even bought me a gift when I closed on my house! (A sweatshirt from Reptile Rapture, because he knew I have pet snakes and I LOVE creepy creatures LOL.) He has been an absolute joy to work with and went above and beyond with all of my questions. Again, I cannot give Ian enough praise. I am so lucky to have been able to work with such a laid back realtor who was very attentive to all of my concerns and my lack of knowledge surrounding the process of purchasing my first home. Seriously, this guy is AWESOME.

He contacted me right away and I could tell that I would be content working with him from our very first conversation. I was not going to change to anyone else at that time. With all the properties I looked at and was very undecided at times, Ian did not give up on me. He was consistent in sending me possible purchases. He really had a lot of patience with me. Ian would follow through with any questions or concerns that I had with the property. He was very prompt on getting answers from the seller's agent or the seller. Very pleased with everything in this aspect. He also stayed in touch with my bank that was giving me the loan. I will highly recommend Ian to anyone I know that is looking to purchase or sell. He deserves recognition.

Buyer reviewWe wanted to get a HELOC on our current home so we could renovate the new home Devin helped us acquire. She directed us to a different bank than our current bank because she knew they would work for us. Sure enough we went to this other bank and we had the loan within days. Devin Fowler is very knowledgeable and savvy, and it translated into a deal for us. So very happy! We've known Devin previously when she's hired my husband, Dennis, to do work at her home. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and helpful in so many areas. SDevin Fowler has a positive personality and is such a pleasure to work with!!
