We never could have bought the house we did without her standing up for us as clients, making sure we had the chance to view and put an offer in on a house that was closing offers sooner than anticipated. Not everyone would be so on top of a market this wild, but because Devin is so fantastic, she got us in same day for a viewing and got our offer in within the hour! Plus she is super fun to be around. It makes you feel less weird about wandering in what's essentially a strangers house that you want for yourself when you have someone laughing at your commentary and lame puns :)
