Buyer reviewWendy Grunewald was excellent in helping us find our first home on a very difficult market. She was always upfront about the pluses and minuses of homes we looked at which made us feel that she had our best interest at heart. She answered all our questions promptly, she took the time to teach us how to look at houses and how to inspect for significant flaws, as well as identifying features adding value to a home. She went above and beyond by recommending resources to help us prepare the house for sale that saved us considerable time and work.
