Seller reviewDavid Rollins did a great job selling my somewhat older home in the Broadmoor neighborhood in Shreveport, LA. He advised me what to repair/update and what could be left for the buyer to do. In the end, he went beyond the call of duty to help accommodate inspection item requests by the buyer, even doing some of the repair work himself, since I had moved away from Shreveport some time ago. He put me in touch with some needed contractors, who did good work at a reasonable price. I gave him my Power of Attorney for the closing and he performed quickly and competently. I highly recommend him!
