Buyer reviewWorking with Michael on the purchase of our home was a great experience. We needed a lot of guidance and he did an excellent job of explaining everything and making it a smooth process for us. Michael was always super easy to talk to and we never once felt like we were an inconvenience. He was very accommodating with our schedules and was always easy to get in contact with. We both really appreciate how easy he made the process for us, and we always felt like we could completely trust all of his recommendations and suggestions. Working with someone you trust is extremely important and he really helped put us at ease and relieved a lot of stress. Everyone we dealt with on Sarah's team was incredibly nice, helpful, and professional. I would 100% use them again and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Buyer reviewFrom the day I first started looking on line for a house I was contacted by Jeff Jones of The Sarah Padgett group. This was last July, my purchase was in March. Throughout those 8 months he kept in touch with me. He was aware of my personal situation, there was no pressure just his ever presence availability for me when needed. He gave me his personal email address and phone number and if I needed him for ANYTHING he replied back immediately or at the very least sent a quick text saying I am with someone else right now but will get with you soon, and he always did. He's just a genuine nice guy, a "nerd" as he jokingly refers to himself. I don't know how many times I'd voice a concern and he'd text back "I'm on it" or "I got this", and he always took care of the issue.

Buyer reviewWell the purchase was easy. I'm one who looked almost everyday probably for 2 years on the internet. And I looked at a few that were ok with possibilities. Carley, Sarah, and Michael all showed me these houses. But the one I purchased I texted Sarah and said I think I found my house but I can't get in to see it. She was quick to say let me see what I can do and within5 mins said I'll be there in 30 Minutes's. And sure enough it was my new house. Michael took over at this time and I couldn't ask for anyone one better. All I had to do was ask a question and he was on it taking care of it. So I am extremely pleased with my buying experience and made new friends! The whole Padgett Team are exceptional. And you know they are just good people all of them that I worked with. Can't ask for better than that. Never once did I feel like I was bothering them and I'm sure at times I asked to many questions. But, they were always right on whatever I needed. I guess you can tell I was very pleased! And, I'm love my new house!
