Seller reviewWorking with Michele was an amazing experience. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She was in constant communication with my husband and I. She was able to put our house on the market on a Friday and got it under contract within 3 days. Her use of advertising through social media has the ability to bring various buyers to be aware of our property. I would highly recommend her to anyone and would love to work with her in the future.

Seller reviewShelly Valdez will work for you! I am very pleased to recommend Shelly Valdez of Century 21 Link Realty. Previous work experience as art teachers, I knew she was always well informed, excellent communicator, and hard working. She does her research and provided comps to help determine a good price. She set up a professional photographer and my home was listed within a few days. The property was listed and we had 4 showings the first day, 7 on the second day. After multiple offers we accepted an offer after just 2 days! The entire process went unbelievably smooth, Shelly was quick to respond and helpful to orchestrate the closing with the title company. I am so happy that I called Shelly Valdez.

We didn't need to ask for much info as she proactively presented it to us so we could come up with our best atratedy. I would 100% recommend her to others in the market to buy or sell.

She answered all our questions (sometimes multiple times!); came up with a strategy, let us know which home improvements would increase the value of our home, and walked us through each step of the selling process. From signing her on as our Agent, to scheduling the showings and open houses, to final sale contract. I wouldn't have entrusted anyone else but Michelle to handle the sale of our home. We have a friend for life! Michelle is absolutely a gem!!! We were so fortunate for her knowledge, patience, and guidance through this whole process. We have a friend for life!! Michelle has the patience of a Saint!!! I was getting nervous as our moving date was fast approaching, and we were still looking for a buyer. Michelle never wavered. She knows the market well, priced the house accordingly, and always said, it just takes the right person (s) to see the home, and we'd be under contract. She is just the best!!
