Buyer review10/10 !!!! Irbensky was phenomenal to say the least. He conducted himself on a professional level at all times, and his work ethic was nothing less than 110%. Before I put my offer in he ensured I was happy with my choice and he also made sure the numbers made sense. As a first time home buyer, you all can assume I was stressed out and overwhelmed; Irbensky helped lower these stress levels by staying on top of things and having effective communication in the midst of difficult situations that arrived countless times. I couldn't have asked for a better agent- I have and will continue to recommend him to all of my friends and family!

Seller reviewDonna Perry was excellent to work with! She took the time to explain everything to me and my siblings regarding the sale of our mother's house following her untimely passing. She was very respectful of our needs and wishes regarding the sale of the home. She kept in constant communication with us throughout the entire time the house was being sold and she made sure everything that needed to be done (inspections, appointments, follow-ups, etc.) were done correctly and in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Donna Perry to anyone that is in the process or beginning the process of selling a home.

Buyer reviewWe were first time home buyers and didn't know what to expect from the process. Donna Perry was amazing. From the 1st phone call about the 1st house that we wanted to see until the closing and beyond, she took the time to guide us. It didn't matter how silly the question seemed to me or what time I asked it, she clearly and patiently answered it, what felt like almost immediately. While looking at houses, she wasn't shy about pointing out what she saw as potential problems down the line, or when something that wasn't obvious was a real win for us the buyer. She kept on the seller and his realtor to help meet deadlines and was a wonderful liaison when she needed to be one for us. She was professional, friendly, and funny and really made the whole process less daunting. I would and will recommend her to my friends and family.
