I met Stacey when I put my house on Wilson Street up for sale. She was extremely helpful in suggesting listing price and why and recommending what I should have fixed / replaced before selling. Any and all questions, which were many, Stacey answered promptly and I am sure, with a smile or a chuckle. She never seemed annoyed with my ignorance or got impatient with me. The sale of Wilson Street was VERY emotional for me, but Stacey made it a more enjoyable experience. We also had my now husband's twindo for sale by realtor for a bit and Stacey was again, extremely helpful. We decided to not sell with a realtor for a bit to see what happened, and it sold; nothing Stacey did or did not do :) We didn't know how much work it was to sell without a realtor and when both Matthew and I had questions, our go-to gal was Stacey! And sure enough, the response was prompt and she was eager to help us! She truly is an amazing, beautiful woman and fantastic at her profession.
