She has an excellent working knowledge of home conditions and was able to answer any questions we had regarding signs of wear and tear that we noticed on homes we were looking at purchasing. Stacey provided excellent commentary and suggestions when we asked her if there was anything we could do to make our home more appealing to prospective buyers (and believe me, after looking at many homes over a several week period, it's important to listen to and heed the advice you're given). When we were filling out paperwork, it was obvious that she knew exactly what she was doing, Stacey is very proficient. Stacey is likeable and we consider her a friend. If we ever move again, we'll definitely contact Stacey (I've already given her name to two people I know wanting to sell their homes). We consider the value and peace of mind we had working with Stacey well worth the commission from the sale of our homes (she assisted in the sale of our two homes and the purchase of our new home all within a 2 week period). We couldn't be more thankful or impressed.
