Seller reviewTeam 2 went above and beyond to sell and close our home. The house ended up having an exception on title and we had to be in contact with the city of Stanley. They went to meetings and sent numerous emails to remedy the situation. It took four months for the house to close. Ashleigh and Shanel were always available, helpful, kind, and answered all of my questions. They were patient and knew who to contact at the city. Their knowledge of the neighborhoods in Stanley is excellent. They were assertive when needed as well. We ended up moving to New Mexico and they handled the issues and helped us long distance. I'm thankful for Ashleigh and Shanel's help. I have already recommended Team 2 to friends and neighbors. They went above and beyond what was required to sell the house.
