Buyer reviewTim knew what type of home I needed as a single mom of two. I found homes in multiple different zip codes I was interested in and let time know. We went a looked at all the homes on my list. Tim spent plenty of time at the homes we visited checking the exterior and interior structures for any problems/issues. He let me know right away if a house did not seem like a good fit for me and my kiddos, due to the condition of the house and or the location. Though he also left the decision making up to me. Once I found the house the I wanted, Tim spent so much time making sure the house was up to standard before we even got to closing. We had some issues with the seller which caused a lot of delays, and Tim was doing a lot to get things figured out. He put in so much extra work to get things sorted out for closing. That is the type of realtor Tim Haber is. He cares a lot and goes beyond what your normal realtor does. Choosing Tim Haber as my realtor I know I made the right decision.
