I found this little house on Lynn Ave (buying for my S-I-L). Tim (Haber) helped us look for a home/duplex last year. Although we did not buy at that time I knew he would "have our back" as we continued our search. After looking at online pictures of the new house and going past the home I text Tim to see if we could see it. He got back with me within minutes and we had a showing set up 2 days later. As we went through the home he gave us suggestions on negotiation based on if we were financing or paying out right. I was able to bounce ideas off him and trusted his input Also, my S-I-L has some disabilities that Tim is sensitive to so after we first saw Lynn Ave he sent us some other homes that were close in price and might have been easier for her to get around in. I have to laugh at how fast he is at returning text or phone calls, Usually less than 5 minutes. When I initially text him about the Lynn Ave house I had just left the area and was driving home. I was texting Tim between stop lights and by the time I got home I was able to ask my husband and S-I-L if they wanted to go to a showing 2 days later (due to my schedule) Even before closing Tim asked if we wanted another walk through. It is a perfect house for our needs so we didn't need one. I am sure you are going to say to yourself..."really how can she like him this much?" I would give him higher marks if I could. No we aren't related and I only met him last year off Trulia. But I do trust him 100%. As a nurse I am first a patient advocate and Tim was our advocate to see that we got the right home. I would go back to him in a heartbeat.
