Im an over the road truck driver and Tim kept me fully aware and in the loop on what was going on and handled almost everything for me while i was away and was very quick to get anything needed emailed to me to sign or review. The seller became a pain towards the end and Tim really stepped up and took care of everything for me. Definitely very professional and really easy to work with. He took alot of the stress away from the whole process for me.

He was also always willing to show us a property that may have been outside of what we had originally discussed, simply to help us better understand our needs vs our wants vs what was available. I always had a deep feeling of trust when working with Tim...that he was there to meet our needs, not his! Awesome transaction!
