In this current market, we all know you need to move quickly. I was purchasing it without seeing it in person. My daughter looked at it and took some photos, but Tim wanted me to be totally comfortable with putting in an offer so scheduled a Zoom call so he could go through the home slowly and point out all of the details. His advice helped my offer be the one that was accepted. He made the whole process very easy.
