Buyer reviewThis was my first time buying a home so I didn't have a whole lot of knowledge about how the process worked. Tim Haber did an excellent job of explaining everything and making sure I knew what to expect each step of the way. The entire process was handled correctly and in a timely manner. Tim was respectful and understanding of the fact that I was a first time homebuyer and made sure that I knew what was going on and answered all of my questions. He was very professional from start to finish and I felt that he had my best interest in mind. I would definietly recommend Tim Haber to anyone looking for help buying or selling a home. If I ever need to buy/sell in the future, I will not hesitate to reach out to Tim again.

Seller reviewWe owned a second home in Fort Wayne and we needed to sell and we need a great agent. Tim Haber has assisted family members in the area a few times and these family were very positive about Tim and his work. So, naturally, we contacted him and he did not disappoint.. TIm went above and beyond for us. We live in North Carolina, so it was important that we had an agent to represent our interests. His work was above and beyond our expectations. He responded to emails, calls and texts promptly and was always able to provide just the information we needed, when we needed it. Tim arranged for house painters, flooring crew, plumber, and other logistics. He treated the sale as though it was his own home. And it sold the night before it was listed! At full asking price. How great is that? Tim was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I highly recommend that you give Tim a call when you need to sell your home.

I would highly recommend Landon. He is almost family in my estimation. I am not easily impressed either. Don't take for granted what he provides Century 21.

Seller reviewTim is a good listener. He was patient enough to consider my input, needs and wants..I was very happy with Tim's professionalism, his work ethic and his integrity. I have already recommended him. I marked excellent on all the above. My house was sold before the listing was completed. We did not even need a sign in the yard or open house. Literally it was sold in two hours. I highly recommend Tim. Trustworthy was high in my book. Tim delivers on all of the above. It's all good! It was an emotional move for me, Tim even understood that and gave me grace.

Buyer reviewTim was pretty great and we had a great experience with him. We were actually contacted by him when we were looking online at some homes. He ended up showing us two homes we were interested in. We decided to move forward with the second house he showed up. He was great through the entire house buying process. He set us up with an affordable inspection company, had plenty of walkthroughs of the home, helped us point out problem areas and worked to get them resolved. Above all he was very nice and at no point throughout the house buying experience did we make us feel like we were just sale.
