She kept us up to date and was available as needed. The amount of paperwork is daunting, but Joanna's knowledge and patience was amazing and appreciated. She would be our first choice whether buying or selling!

Seller reviewTessa Hagwood was so helpful to me...I knew nothing about selling a home and she walked me through it and recommended what to do to get the house ready for a sale and explained every form to me throughly, what to expect, how to price it and was so knowlegable of everything...I just went along with whatever she suggested..I totally trusted her. Buyer reviewJoanna Nowinski is a terrific RE agent who knows the RE markets. Very trustworthy, flexible to work with, and has great communication skills. She is quite thoughtful and will check-in with her clients to make sure everyone is on the same page regarding the type of home and location and price point. She previewed houses, even before they hit the market so I could be at the front of the line in making offers. Plus, she's a really nice person! Highly recommend.
