Seller reviewI wish there is a way to rate the experience we had with Tessa greater than "excellent" and greater than "Strongly Recommend". My husband and I have purchased and sold several properties over the course of our 36 years together and Tessa is simply the best agent we've ever worked with. She is incredibly knowledgeable and saavy. She knows this market, understands its trends, and treats her clients with kindness and thoughtfulness. She listens to any concerns her clients may have and offers sound advice to help her clients feel confident throughout the entire process. She is the perfect example of a great real estate agent.

Seller reviewTessa Hagwood was so helpful to me...I knew nothing about selling a home and she walked me through it and recommended what to do to get the house ready for a sale and explained every form to me throughly, what to expect, how to price it and was so knowlegable of everything...I just went along with whatever she suggested..I totally trusted her. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. Thank you so much Tessa!!!

She is quite thoughtful and will check-in with her clients to make sure everyone is on the same page regarding the type of home and location and price point. She previewed houses, even before they hit the market so I could be at the front of the line in making offers. Plus, she's a really nice person! Highly recommend.
