We had called a couple different agents, none of whom answered or returned our calls. Mike actually answered the first time we called and was so excited about helping us! Mike communicated well, stayed in touch when things were in process, was always responsive to calls/texts, and so helpful with any questions and letting us know the process and next-steps. He was invested in helping us find our new home and was persistent in making it happen. I cannot emphasize enough how great he was to work with! He did such a great job, and we appreciate him so much. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Mike was extremely, extremely patient with us as we searched home after home. He never was upset after we said "no" to each home that we visited with him. He kept his positivity up the entire time. He's friendly, super responsive and so accommodating when it came to scheduling showings with homes.July 2020
Closing went so smoothly - we sold our home and closed on our new home within an hour of eachother.
I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

We didn't really know anything of Mike except for a brief meeting with him at one of his open houses. When we decided to sell we had actually contacted an agent from another organization to have them come out and give us an idea of the value of our property. That agent was very unenthusiastic about our property and very un-encouraging about whether we'd be able to get the price we thought we should get. We called Mike and he came out with an entirely different and much more enthusiastic attitude about the situation. He maintained that enthusiasm throughout the sales process and really made a huge difference in helping us to continue on even when things seemed most bleak.

As soon as Michael Patmore became my agent he was nothing be help texting me at every moment possible. I worked nights and he would stay up to email information that was important to buying the house. I have already told my family that if they every need any thing to do with buying houses to please use Michael Patmore and his team they have been nothing but helpful he understand the situation me and my family was in and got me the paperwork needed to get me in the house I wanted.
