DeeDee was recommended to us through a mutual friend so she reached out and offered to help us get the ball rolling on listing our property regardless of weather or not we chose her as our realtor. DeeDee helped to get our home on the market smoothly and quickly. So quick that we had an offer that we accepted after only 5 days on the market without even doing an open house. She knew exactly what our family needed and was an absolute joy to work with. DeeDee was personable as well as professional and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

I assumed they would be good, but was even more impressed as the process developed as to exactly how spot-on their advise was, and how hard and long they would work to eventually connect me with a purchase which met all of my criteria!

She kept us informed of the process and updated us often on the inspections, repairs and the things we needed to do as the trustees She spent so much time on collecting the required documents from a city office that was minimally staffed due to the pandemic. We appreciate her tenacity and for keeping the lines of communication open during this process.

She kept me informed at every step of the sales process, talked me through the intracacies of the project, arranged meeting with the Title Company and made sure all the paperwork was complete. This was not a simple sale. But Dee Dee straightened out all the kinks and made it happen. Dee Dee and her whole team worked with professionalism, efficiency and caring. These are all great listeners who explained the process and worked with me online to process forms, sign them with an electronic signature - and reminded me when I was a bit late in signing.
