Buyer reviewBeing a first time home buyer, looking for houses had been an overwhelming process. I had tried once or twice before reaching out to Claudia. I was booked to see three houses right off the bat, so we could gage my preferences. She took the time to walk me through each and pointed out the things I should be looking/checking for. As a first time home buyer this really put me at ease. We found the perfect house on our third stop, but I never once felt pressured or rushed to make an offer. Claudia counseled me through the offering stage and made me feel like a got the best possible deal I could have gotten. From offering to closing she was there to answer every question, pretty much instantly, and went above and beyond to make my first time home buying experience exceptional.

Seller reviewI don't think there was any day when she was not in touch with us by phone or email except when we told her we were going to be out of touch for a few days . She negotiated in good faith and was extremely honest in her dealings with the buyer as well. Tip top number one slam dunk over and beyond !!
