Nick and Mary are a husband and wife team who are dedicated to helping families and individuals in the San Gabriel Valley achieve their real estate goals. Nick is originally from Scotland, but has fallen for the culture and lifestyle that comes with living and working in the San Gabriel Valley. Nick has been active volunteering in both Real Estate industry organizations and the community.
Mary was raised in Arcadia and knows the surrounding area in a way only a long time resident can. She comes from a family of Realtors and has previously worked in education.

Buyer reviewAfter we lost our home of 21 years to the Eaton Fire, it meant quite a lot to us to be able to work with someone as professional, reliable, and knowledgeable as Nick Baldry in selling our land and buying a new house. Nick fully understood our needs, and he was very patient as we ruled out various houses because they weren't quite right. He let us take our time and never put pressure on us to make a choice. He had our best interests at heart and clearly wanted us to select a home that we would be comfortable in. When the time came he gave us excellent advice for shaping an offer, and his shrewdness in negotiating with the seller's agent was key in getting it accepted. Throughout the whole process, he gave us good advice just when we needed it. We workd primarily with Nick, but Mary was also a big help in showing us houses and getting information. Nick and Mary are terrific, and they make a great team. Thanks to them, we now have a home that is just what we wanted.
