In a mere 5 seconds, I got a call from Bill Davis himself, explaining what his team can do to sell my home. He offered to meet me at 7.30 am the next morning to go over the details and to look at my home before giving his assessment. I decided to pick Bill Davis as my listing agent after some fact checking and talking to a few of his past customers. I was under the impression that most past customers would mostly give a positive reference without actually earning it. I now know after selling my home in just 12 days that The Bill Davis Team truly earned my trust and all future business. I'm ready to list my 2nd home with them. A special shoutout to Marcus Rondeau for an amazing follow through from the time they listed my property till the point of closing the sale. The Bill Davis Team clearly knows everything about selling your property and will negotiate hard on your behalf.

Seller reviewBill is that rare individual that comes across as immediately trustworthy. Upon my first meeting with Bill (~March 2011) I left feeling he had my family's best interest at heart. I was poised to make an immediate purchase and instead of working to close me out and move on to the next customer Bill advised me to rent in my desired area first and then make the decision to buy. I found his sales approach refreshing and it immediately put me at ease in that I had found the right Real Estate Agent for my family's needs not only for today but for any future purchases as well. Since then I have purchased a home, sold home, and purchased another home all via William Davis.
