When we started with her, she was actually on vacation at the time and was still working and helping us out. Even now, after the purchase, she has still be helping us tie up loose odds and ends. Buyer reviewWe cannot recommend Bill Davis and Meredith enough! Meredith feels like she has become our first friend in the area. She has checked in with us and even cooked dinner and brought it over to us months after we have moved in. We had been very nervous about the difficult market we were entering. Bill and Meredith made everything smooth and easy for us. They knew when a house was overpriced and would not let us overpay for a home (not something you see or expect from every agent). We found an amazing home that was going to be a competitive bid process and Meredith was amazing at getting in touch with the seller's agent and communicating to find out exactly what we needed to do to ensure we got the home we wanted. Our entire process was so fast and smooth from beginning to end in what could have been a crazy market with months of searching. We really can't say thank you enough!!!

Seller reviewThe team came in and walked the house with me. Made suggestions about some upgrades and things that might help sell the house quicker. We discussed them negotiated and came to a final conclusion. They even offered personnel to help get the work done. My house sold in three days there's nothing more to say than that.

Since we recently moved to Northern Virginia, it was important for us to find a realtor in a timely manner. We are extremely grateful to have worked with Meredith as she met and exceeded all of our expectations. I don't know that we would have gotten as lucky reaching out to realtors through other means such as online searches. Our home was a new build, and Meredith was there every step of the way through foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall etc as well as meetings, walk throughs, closing, and other requirements. We would actively seek to work with Meredith again and greatly appreciate her service to our family.
