Buyer reviewWe love the home that we ended up purchasing. Throughout the process, the team was communicative and let us know what would be required within the existing market conditions and advised us on the most optimal offers that we could make. They did not show us any homes that were over our stated budget and advised us when we should stand firm on offers and conditions and when we could bend. We trusted Bill and Meredith and they moved quickly to arrange paperwork and offer letters for us when we were ready to move forward. They also did a great job of explaining when our bid was not accepted and advising on next steps with other homes. We had a wonderful experience working with them.

We searched within a 50-75 mile radius of DC. With their help, we found a wonderful, well-established community in Fredericksburg, VA. We have been here since June 2024 and are still settling in.
