His knowledge of the local area,was a HUGE, especially since he had several spot on recommendations regarding local inspection companies, HVAC companies, and other important area info that is vital to a new transplant to the Mountain Home area... Buyer reviewAfter speaking with Donald Burns on the phone it was obvious that he was a good listener and understood what we were looking for. After Donald showed us the first two houses, we knew that the second one was what we wanted. We felt like Donald had our back with every step of the process in buying our home. We highly recommend Donald and we have to friends who just used him to purchase their recent property. We felt very comfortable with Donald handling all the details. We came from out of state and he was very upfront about Arkansas laws on disclosure, termite issues etc. Which made for a very relaxing purchase. Donald was always available to answer questions and if he didn't know the answer he would find out and get back to us right away. We really enjoyed our purchase through Donald. We moved across the country and while this whole process could have been stressful, Donald helped to make it smooth and enjoyable.

Although he says he is new to real estate and doesn't have the knowledge, his people skills set him above every real estate agent we have used. His knowledge base is better than he gives himself credit for. His laid back personality is a huge asset. Give this guy a raise!
