Seller reviewChristian and parker are very knowledgeable and professional His marketing and pricing plan were excellent and pivotal in selling my home after a local agent failed. Zillow tracked the looks and saves on my home while it was listed. His worst day was as good as her best.

Seller reviewI don't think any sale goes perfectly from start to finish. Selling and buying homes is not mainstream. But I truly think considering our realtor was fairly new in real estate she did a standout job and even though we are building and not intending on moving again, we would highly recommend her to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell.

He took care of getting it sales ready, had contractors that bid out fixes for wayyyy less than our current contractor and got the house sold before we even went on the market. I was thrilled how easy to whole sale was and attribute much of that to Christian's expertise. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Clarksville area.
