Buyer reviewI would put Christian Black and his team up against anyone. He was so quick to help with any questions I had. Brought in a professional photographer for my house, and when I saw the pictures I couldn't believe how good it looked. We got 11 showings within a day of listing, and an above asking price offer less than 24 hours after listing. I couldn't of imagined how quick and seamless the whole process went. I found a few houses that I thought we would like, but Christian showed us the perfect house that fit all of our needs and my wife fell in love with it. I hope to not be moving for awhile, but I will always call on the Christian Black team as my realtor of choice!!!

He was very patient and explained everything in detail and most importantly he was very easy to like and very easy to talk to. He also was available anything we needed to know anything. We would certainty use him again and we have and will continue to tell others about him.

(Thinning out furniture) He had a wonderful photographer who staged the house as she went along. He was very easy to work with and set my mind at ease My husband and I would recommend him with enthusiasm to anyone. A very pleasant, Polite young man who knows what he is doing. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him. House sold in 6 days.
