Christian has made this entire process of selling our first home as painless as possible. With us living in another state and with our home needing several repairs due to years of being a rental, Christian took care of everything for us which alleviated a lot of our stress. He always answered his phone and any questions we had about the process. Before putting our rental home on the market, Christian personally walked through the property and recommended several things to be replaced or repaired in order for us to hopefully get some offers quickly.
