Buyer reviewIf you need help finding the right house for you and your family, Katie Edwards is your girl. She's SUCH a hard-worker. She's right there when you need her. She's amazingly accurate and a great help in hooking you up with lenders, fence builders, neighbors, mortgage insurance companies, and anything else you might possibly need in your new home. She's a true gem of a person. We so appreciate the way she took us under her wing, walked us through all of the craziness of buying our first home, and did all of it like we were her family. She's awesome. We highly recommend her!

Seller reviewUnique property with limited, stale comps in a restricted access community that prohibits yard signage. Despite these challenges, the house sold within 24 hrs with full price, all cash offer. Katie went above/beyond during all phases and aspects of the sales process. Property was not our primary residence. Despite the remote ownership, Katie made the entire process easy. From property preparation through its listing, the contract negotiation and closing, the process could not have been a better experience - easily the best in selling a home.

She met with our family in the area to show the house and was great about keeping in touch about important details. Her charming and friendly personality is as bright over the phone as it was when we finally met in person. She took the time to listen to our concerns about everything from style and comfort to location and construction. She ensured that the transaction made it over any hurdles smoothly. You won't find better and I truly wish she were our realtor here in California.
