We wanted to work with a broker who would be comfortable telling us the truth about specific properties, even if we didn't like what we were hearing. Katie made sure she understood our needs, which made it easier for her to point out potential issues even if we didn't see them. It's unusual to find any salesman who truly puts your needs first, even if it means they may not get 'the biggest sale'.
