Seller reviewWe chose Rodney to be our agent due to his ambitious drive, positive attitude, promptness, and knowledge of the area we were looking at buying and also selling. Due to our work schedule we were mostly available to see houses after 5 pm and on the weekends. Rodney was ALWAYS available no matter what time of day it was. We were able to reach him after hours with any questions we had and always got a response. They were very prompt, Knowledgeable, and helpful. I would not consider using anyone else to buy or sale a house through in this area. That type of customer service can sometimes be hard to find, but we found it.

Buyer reviewWe selected Katie and Rodney because of how well we've worked with them in the past. They are the best in Lindale! The house we purchased was only on the market a few minutes and she was already calling us and setting it up. Katie is especially good at meeting the needs of her clients in a timely manner. She does not waste time, and she is "on it" when anything needs to be done. I had to call her after the sale because the alarm wouldn't stop going off. She dropped everything and got the information from the sellers. She's the best. Katie is the ONLY agent we will work with. We are basically divas when buying a house, and it never phases her. Overall, I am very pleased with Katie Edwards. I can't imagine another agent being as on top of things as she is.
