Buyer reviewDayton Davis was really helpful in guiding us through the steps of our first home buying process. He was very accessible, friendly and easy to talk to! We had a lot to learn and ended up frustrated when the builders refused to resolve an issue that came up in the inspection. Dayton fought for us to straighten everything out and ended up reducing his commission so we could pay for the work that needed done. Buyer reviewAdam Derfler was, by far, the best part about us purchasing our new home. We have had issues with other realtors in the past. We felt that Adam truly cared not only about the home we were getting into, but about our family. He consistently shielded us from the issues unless we needed to be brought to the table. Even offered to fly out same day to get papers signed. Truly, this man knows his stuff and we would increase that commission 2% if we could have or would have known all he would do for our family. I can't imagine buying or selling a home without Adam in our court.
