Buyer reviewI could not be more satisfied, or appreciative, of our experience buying a house in Bloomington with Dawn Evans. She helped my husband and me through an extremely fast transaction on a property that had competitive offers, then facilitated all the processes to get through inspections and further negotiations with the sellers to closing. Most of this was handled long distance! Dawn is a great listener, meticulous with procedures, always responsive and generous with helpful advice when asked. Dawn is a delightful person and I couldn't recommend her professional ability and performance more highly.
