Dawn was awesome! Because I don't live in the Bloomington area, she was very accomodating in settting up a time to view the property when it was convenient for me...which happened to be New Year's Eve day. She met me with a huge smile on her face and spent considerable time with me looking at the house and property. I felt as if she had all the time in the world even though this was a holiday. I made an offer on New Year's day...and again she graciously gave up some of her family time to expedite the offer. She and Kelly kept me totally informed throughout the process...and if I had a question, Dawn responded immediately. If she didn't know the answer, she researched it and got back to me ASAP.
