Buyer reviewWe were so lucky to find Dawn! As first time home buyers, the home buying process was confusing for us, but Dawn's expertise really shined. She had answers to all of our questions, listened to all of our wants and needs, and was very patient with us. She was exceptionally thorough, prompt, and friendly. She was knowledgeable about the area and available neighborhoods, and paid careful attention to our list of preferred features. When she found something that looked like a good fit for us, she was able to get us in for a showing on New Year's Eve. We put in our offer right away, and she had the documents prepped and ready for us to sign very quickly, and answered all our questions about the process. I couldn't be more pleased. As we approached closing, her communication was clear and proactive, and she anticipated many of the questions that we'd have. We moved in last week, and will definitely recommend Dawn to any of our friends in the area who are shopping for a home.

Buyer reviewWe have been looking for property in the area for nearly 2 years, Dawn has always answered questions on multiple listings we have inquired about. Dawn has arranged showings to work with our schedule as we live out of state, and has made us aware of many properties as they came on the market. She has also been our arms, legs and eyes on our property details when we could not be there. Dawn had personally met with the home inspector, appraiser, and handled all the water tests as we live out of state. Dawn has also made excellent recommendations for home inspectors, and contractors. We cant say enough good things about Dawn Evans.
