Seller reviewI chose Genia because of her high level of assistance and professionalism she demonstrated when she sold a house for me a few years ago Genia excels in each of these categories and more! I could not be more pleased with her performance. She was prompt in answering my many questions and assisting me when I found the process confusing. One category that could be added is 'Assertive'. Genia was Assertive with the Buyers and the Buyer's Agent to get me the best deal and to make sure I was not taken advantage of in the negotiations. I hope she is there for a long time because I intend to buy and sell more homes.
