I met Genia at a house I wanted to see and she was the one to showing it. I was leery because she appears so young. That all changed in an instant when we started talking upon entering the garage. I could tell right away she knows the ins and outs of houses and knows what she's talking about. From there she helped me in the purchase of a home. A few years later I found myself needing to sell that home and move on. I could not have sold my home nor purchased a new one without the help, assistance and guidance from Genia. She was instrumental in the timely closing of both houses. She held my hand when I needed her to and she not once steered me wrong. I have faith and trust in her work, ethics and mad house selling/buying skills!

She did everything she could to get me Zoom showings and she even took me on a Zoom drive around the town so I could see the locations of possible places to live. She was always a joy to talk to and she was able to zone-in on what I really wanted in my new home. I struggled with making strong offers due to contingencies and it was heartbreaking every time I lost. However, I never once felt alone in the process.
