She is always a joy to work with- she is always professional, polite, understanding, respectful, and always seems to truly be working for our good. Kerri Frye was wonderful to work with and we will happily recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Kerri was an amazing realtor to work with. We relied heavily on her local knowledge of the area since we are not very familiar with Bloomington. She was incredibly helpful with negotiating terms of the purchase, helping us set up inspections and work with our lender, and the exchange of contracts and closing.
