Seller reviewBecause there were four owners of the property one of which was not local there was a lot of communication by email which we found to be so easy and efficient. Kerri walked us through every step of the process making it easy for us. She guided us on the market price and it turned out that she was spot-on and all of her recommendations. We got an offer for the full asking price on the first day at the house was shown. And remarkably the house was shown within 24 hours of going on the market. We really could not have asked for anything to go any smoother. This transaction was a little different than typical. If Kerri didn't know the answer to a question she found out and got back with us immediately Everything went very smoothly and it was effortless on our part
