Seller reviewRoslyn Gauntt is a family friend! The first time we used her as a realtor is when she helped my daughter find and purchase a townhouse. I was very impressed with her real estate knowledge and tips for purchasing that townhome. Roslyn was the only realtor I called when my 96 year old mother needed to sell her house! She knows about every aspect of real estate! It was a sellers market in May and June yet was cooling down! Roslyn had a plan to get the most people in to my mother's house and presented me with best buyer!!! She is very organized and handles each contract professionally! She did background checks (including financial) on the people offering to buy the home. Then she presented the contracts to me. We went over the contracts with Roslyn explaining what each item meant in detail! She advised me of what was best to do for my mother to get the top price for her house!!! I will always call Roslyn and recommend her for any real estate needs!!! Roslyn Gauntt excels in every aspect of performance in her real estate profession!!!
