We had a terrible experience with another agent from another company. It was a nightmare. I had known Renee for years, and I regretted not reaching out to her to begin with! Once the other agent put me in a position that I had lost a great deal of time and money on my house, I fired her and contacted Renee with Judge Fite. She jumped on the case and got things back on track immediately! The experience was night and day between the two agents! Renee was there to help me every step of the way! She stayed in constant contact with me and answered all of our questions, negotiated with other agents, buyers, lenders, appraisers...etc...and made sure the property stayed in tip top shape since we moved five hours away! She regularly went out of her way to check on the house, meet with repairment, and collect the mail! I cannot tell you how much I trusted her to take care of everything. Even when it was stressful, I had ever confidence that Renee would do what was right for my family! My house was not a HUGE sale. I'm sure Renee and Judge Fite have much bigger and more prestigious homes to sell! However, you would never have known it by the attention given to our little property! Renee treated our house like it was a multi-million dollar estate! I will NEVER use anyone else! Thank you to Renee and Judge Fite for all you do for your clients!

It's been over fifty years since I last sold a home and a lot has changed in all that time. Renee went over and above to explain the various processes and assisted me with finding foundation repair companies, plumbers, carpet companies and a painter. Renee helped me find an estate sale company who did an excellent job with my estate sale. The staging was nice and the open house went well. The closing process was painless and done completely remotely (at my request). Renee Buchanan was the shining star in this sale, I can't begin to recommend her or Judge Fite Century 21 enough.

It is critical to have a caring, understanding team that looks at the buyers needs an not just the commission.
