Buyer reviewBuckle up because finding the perfect home is not an easy ride!! I would not anyone except Bobby and Jacequline driving that bus, that's for sure!! They both knew the area well, were knowledgeable, paid attention to detail and had our back throughout the entire process. Bobby and Jacequline were there for us during personal issues and all our ups and downs. I knew they had our best interest in mind. They had all the tips and tricks to share and advise us on. Bobby and Jacequline are the kind of agents that you would invite to your BBQ at your new house. We wouldn't be where we are without them. Plus, why choose one agent when you can have a husband and wife team! They tag team and complement each other well! Bobby and Jacequline--we can't wait to show the house when we feel like we've made it at home! Thanks for all your hard work and dedication!

Seller reviewJacqueline was all we could ask for and more. Her team did a great job with all parts of the process. From pricing strategy, marketing, photos, communication and much more. The personal touch is what put it over the top. My wife and I were moving out of state and Jacqueline and Bobby even came and mowed or lawn between when we moved and the house closed because we were not available. That's the over the top service Jaqueline and her team provides, 10 out of 10.

Seller reviewWe first encountered Jacqueline when we were looking to purchase a home. Up until we met Jacqueline we were doing searches ourseslves and when Jacqueline, and her husband Bob, came into the roles as our buying agents we starting seeing new property listings. We had a lot of requirements and Jacqueline and Bob went beyond our expectations in making our dreams for our new house come to reality. We knew we wanted them as our selling agents as well. They helped advertise and market the property to our expectations. We are very happy with our sale price, but beyond this from the conversations we had we were able to tell Jacqueline and bob knew what they were doing which was their biggest selling point in us selecting them as our realtors. From a professional photographer to helping fix up the house before listing was all thanks to them and their experience. They made the process easy. I would highly recommend the Giese team to represent anyone looking to purchase and/or sell their property.

Jacqueline would always answer our calls after the first ring & she always sounded so excited to hear from us. They even met with us on a Saturday afternoon, to enter a buyers agency & explained each form of paperwork thoroughly. They referred us to many lenders & helped us along every step of the journey. They even found time to get us a generous housewarming gift after closing. We are so blessed that we not only had THE BEST realtor team, but we made some great friends too.
