Buyer reviewTerri and her husband Ray are very good people! They helped me not only sell my house but helped me and my wife find our new home. Terri worked very hard and was very attentive to our every need. I cannot say enough good about my experience with her. I look forward to do business with her in the future.

Seller reviewThere are certainly a lot of realtors out there that excel at buying and selling houses, but certainly not many at all that are as equally charismatic, jovial and just plain old fashioned easy to work with. There needs to be more Rays in all businesses!!

Seller reviewThis was not the first time we have used Ray and Terri Hewitt. The first time was for a new build (don't let anyone tell you you don't need a realtor for a new build, YOU DO!!!) throughout that process they dealt with builders that were behind schedule trying to change kitchen packages changing closing dates etc, Terri managed to keep things smooth for us up to and including closing. We have just closed on another property and once again the whole event has gone fairly smoothly. Do not expect any house purchase or sale to go without setbacks. Ray and Terri will hold your hands throughout the deal and help keep your sanity when problems occur. This is especially helpful when you have a volatile wife like mine! Terri and Ray managed to keep things in perspective thus allowing me to maintain my Happy Wife Happy Life. So as we close another chapter of our lives Ray and Terri Will move onto another couple or family and no doubt another set of problems to solve. We in the meantime will remain firm friends with them both and are grateful to them for their professionalism and friendship.

Seller reviewTerri Hewitt at Century 21 was excellent in handling the communication and management of some needed repairs to my property. She did so quickly and efficiently making the sell happen fast. I was impressed how quickly things came together, and how Terri at the same time never made me feel rushed or stressed in the process of selling my property. Terri was great at taking calls at different hours, as well as texting communications, to adapt to whatever was most comfortable for me at the time. She patiently walked through each of the many element of contract documents, to answer any of my questions. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property

I knew that Terri would be there for me in every way necessary through the sale of my home and more. It was immediately evident to me that she knows what she's doing and would keep me informed step by step so that I would always feel comfortable during the process. I feel that Terri treated me like a good friend from the day I met her, and she was clearly focused on making the experience easier for me than I expected it to be. She was always there with encouragement, emotional support when I was nervous, and a wealth of information when I was uncertain. Terri Hewitt (and her husband, Ray) supported me in every way possible throughout the process of selling my home. They were wonderful with preparing it for showings and with getting help for any repairs/modifications that were necessary. I really can't say enough about how they went above and beyond.
