That gave me peace of mind. She helped me to make decisions by bringing clarity and perspective to each step, which brought about the best outcome. This was one of the best experiences I've had in a real estate transaction!

Buyer review10/10 will always work with and recommend Terri, whether buying or selling a house. If we move out of the area, she's coming with us! No matter what or wherever we may go, we will always run everything by her. She isn't just our realtor but without a doubt a part of our family. Terri has been with Century 21 for many years and has a phenomenal track record with the company. Century 21 certainly seems to know exactly how to treat and reward their realtors if they've kept a fantastic realtor like Terri onboard for so long. 10/10 will always work with and recommend Terri, whether buying or selling a house. If we move out of the area, she's coming with us! No matter what or wherever we may go, we will always run everything by her. She isn't just our realtor but without a doubt a part of our family.

Seller reviewThere are certainly a lot of realtors out there that excel at buying and selling houses, but certainly not many at all that are as equally charismatic, jovial and just plain old fashioned easy to work with. There needs to be more Rays in all businesses!!

Seller reviewThis was not the first time we have used Ray and Terri Hewitt. The first time was for a new build (don't let anyone tell you you don't need a realtor for a new build, YOU DO!!!) throughout that process they dealt with builders that were behind schedule trying to change kitchen packages changing closing dates etc, Terri managed to keep things smooth for us up to and including closing. We have just closed on another property and once again the whole event has gone fairly smoothly. Do not expect any house purchase or sale to go without setbacks. Ray and Terri will hold your hands throughout the deal and help keep your sanity when problems occur. This is especially helpful when you have a volatile wife like mine! Terri and Ray managed to keep things in perspective thus allowing me to maintain my Happy Wife Happy Life. So as we close another chapter of our lives Ray and Terri Will move onto another couple or family and no doubt another set of problems to solve. We in the meantime will remain firm friends with them both and are grateful to them for their professionalism and friendship.
