Terri Hewitt is an amazing realtor that has extensive knowledge of real estate and the Central Florida Coast housing market. She and her husband Ray make a great team, together they are the most incredible people we have met in all our real estate dealings in Florida. Terri and Ray initially helped us find and buy our condo in Daytona Beach Shores, they were amazing at that time and I would not think of going with anyone else when the time came for our family to sale. Terri and Ray did not treat us as just a client, they treated us like friends and got to know our family. I am forever grateful for getting the chance to meet them. We will be back soon to find our next great investment by the sea with them!

We actually met Ray when we stopped at our first open house when we moved here to Florida almost 2 years ago. He was very easy going and didn't give us any pressure to pick a house. He would check in with us every couple of months to see if we had anything we wanted to look at and if we were ready to really start looking. Finally when we were in the right position Ray showed us a number of houses. It was as easy as sending a quick text and we would be in the house the next day. Even after we closed on our new house Ray still would keep in contact to make sure everything is going smoothly.
