Seller reviewWe originally contacted Terri in 2012 to handle the property management of our house when we moved to Canada. She did such a great job as our property manager and knew that she would be the only one we would consider when we decided to sell. We listed our house just a few weeks before the Covid-19 shutdown. In addition, we are out of the country and due to travel restrictions were unable to come to Florida to deal with any issues related to the sale. Terri handled everything, including several large repairs to the property. We could not have done that without her. Plus we got 97% of the original list price so we were very happy. Highly recommended!

Seller reviewRated excellent on all aspects. What more can I say? This was a difficult transaction because there were two contracts in play. We had a contract to purchase another property listed by Terri but the successful execution of the contract to purchase was contingent on the successful execution of a contract to sell my property at 14 Seaside Dr. Terri was very instrumental in protecting my interests as a homeowner of 14 Seaside Dr. should the purchase contract of the other property fail for whatever reason.
