A web search showed Terri's name and phone number. We had a nice phone visit, which led to an in person lunch meeting. This immediately was the agent for us. We're excited. Up to this point the process could not be any smoother. Terri's attention to detail, our concerns and questions in beginning a process that we have very little experience in.
