A web search showed Terri's name and phone number. We had a nice phone visit, which led to an in person lunch meeting. This immediately was the agent for us. We're excited. Up to this point the process could not be any smoother. Terri's attention to detail, our concerns and questions in beginning a process that we have very little experience in. This was all put to rest, and our confidence level only continued to mount as we embark on the selection process. At this point we were shown a few units, so that she could better navigate what we were interested in and what we were not. This is all so exciting. We may have found the unit already. We passed on the first few units we saw at this next trip over from Tampa Bay. Only the second visit. Now, we've found # 802. We knew within 5 min of seeing this home it was for us. Terri sure did her job on this next trip over. It was perfect. We told her yes on the site, made an offer. She nailed it. We then returned to our hotel room about 5:00. By 8:00 pm it was a done deal. Whooo Hoooo. Gave Terry a deposit check, hope to close in two weeks or so. If you want the very best in professional service you must speak/visit with Terri. This is who you need on your team. She'll put her "Game Face" on for you and your interest without question.

Terri and Ray Hewitt were understanding and compassionate about our situation, dealing with the loss of our mother and the sale of her home. As we did not live locally, they kept us informed of progress and developments, and answered all of our questions. They were available to us at all times. We felt very comfortable with having them as our realtors. This sale was very difficult for our family, but working with Terri was like working with a friend who understood our situation and made every effort to help us negotiate the sale. Terri's husband Ray was as kind, knowledgeable, understanding and helpful as she was. I could not be more satisfied.

Ray even helped me clean out my garage and lift heavy things that I could not. He assisted my son moving in to my new home.
