She is super knowledgeable about the area, communities, properties, and the process from start to finish. This was our first time buying a house and anything that we did not understand she was able to thoroughly explain and educate us on. She was on top of everything, reminding us and the others involved in the process of deadlines and important things. She gave us recommendations for the inspector and mortgage company, but never pushed us to use someone she knew. Taraneh was the best person to work with and I appreciate her so much throughout this process. She definitely made our first home buying process a great one!
