Buyer reviewKim listened to my needs and questions throughout the entire process. I am a first time buyer and without Kim I would definitely not have a home; let alone the perfect place she got me! Her prompt responses were always appreciated; as was her willingness to go above and beyond regarding any request I had from scheduling to inspections. The Jacobi Team in general made the process as painless and streamlined as it could be. For my money the Jacobi team is the ONLY correct choice regarding realty in the greater Chico area.

When we first met, she gave us an idea what we should expect and those expectations were met as stated. I wished we would have known her when we sold our first home, I have no doubt she would have made the sale easier. Kim, is also very prompt at returning phone calls and staying in contact throughout the sales process.

He listened to our needs and responded to every request, wrapping his brain around every detail, even hand watering our landscaping during a heat wave! He was personally accessible 24/7, from beginning to end. Emmett's marketing strategy, local knowledge, grasp of legal details and negotiating techniques, and network of contacts made us confident that we were in good hands. Our inexperience in the sales market might have handicapped our presentation of the house for sale, but Emmett educated us, provided courteous guidance, and supplied enthusiastic energy that carried us along to an amazing outcome. He not only made the entire process manageable and fruitful but also made it fun for us. When we saw the online photos/3D tour/description/staging posted online, it was truly impressive, and the house sold in just a few days.
