Seller reviewIn 2004 I had Jay's dad as my broker on the property then purchased. Was very pleased with the service he provided. Not knowing any other brokers in the NMB area I saw Jay's information while viewing possible property acquisitions on line and felt confident that he would provide the same excellent service as his dad did back then, which he did.

We appreciated the activity awareness of sales in the area and a reasonable attitude about what may occur with the price point. We also appreciated his guidance on how to best present our home to buyers. We also relied on his expertise when a buyer snafu occurred. We were ruffled by a sudden buyer cancellation 1 month before closing--- that had zero to do with the house or our contract...nonetheless, we were shook and his calm understanding and guidance helped us so much.
