Seller reviewWe previously worked with Frank Martin in purchasing our home. We felt he was fully invested in our overall satisfaction even after the purchase of the home. Therefore, we wanted to work with him again. Frank did his best to sell our home. He was always accessible and professional. He explained everything to us and made the entire process run smoothly. The overall sales planning of the home was excellent. The video and pictures of our home and property were superb. We are very happy with the presentation and work that Frank Martin put into the sale of our home.

Seller reviewWhen interviewing realtors to sell my home, honesty and straight talk regarding my property were very important to me. Constructive advice on how to get the most out my listing without breaking the bank in getting my house ready to sell were key to my decision making process. Cathy exceeded expectations even bucking some of the opinions of other competing realtors. Cathy saw the true potential of the property and looked to highlight those aspects. It was a winning strategy in that it sold for 20K above listing in two days! I have bought and sold four houses over the past 32 years and by far, Cathy Kane was the best experience with a realtor I have ever had. She looked at the sale as her investment as much as I did. She took ownership in making sure we covered all the bases while minimizing costs. Even going to the extent of paying for some items herself with no guarantee of a sale. Never have I experienced that sort of commitment from a realtor. She is second to none.

He is very personal and tells us how it is. He is great to work with and very quick to respond. We will definitely refer him to our friends and family. We completely trust Frank and really enjoyed working with him. We are absolutely thrilled to have closed on the new house but a little sad as we were done working with Frank. Although this is a stressful time in someone's life with trying to buy a new house and sell their current one, Frank made it as stressless as possible and we fully trusted him. We were very grateful of how everything went so smoothly and would not have changed anything.
